Not feeling as aroused as before..from ritalin?

Well I started taking ritalin about a week ago and took it for 3 days. While i was on ritalin i had a very high sex drive and was masturbating a lot! After 3 days of taking It i noticed it made me feel kind of nervice so i stopped. The day i stopped taking it i noticed that i wasn't aroused and it was very hard for me to masturbate at all. I managed to ejaculate 2 days later after stopping the medicine and it was very clear, like water. Now I'm still not feeling aroused at all and I don't know why! I'm also taking minocycline for acne right now. Some answers would be great! Please, no rude answers.
