Question About Seroquel?

I'm going to start taking Seroquel when i can't sleep, I know it's a anti Psychotic for Schizophrenia and for Bi polar, But i used to take drugs like Ritalin and catarpres when i was younger, I'm not sure of the effects because i don't have schizophrenia Or Bipolar. Is it OK if i take Seroquel to help me sleep?
