How would you get prescribed adderall/ritalin?

Note: I'm NOT trying to get high, I actually have ADHD. I was diagnosed with it at 10 years old and was prescribed adderall for it. It helped IMMENSELY but my parents didn't want me on it. Now that i'm 20 i'd like to have it again.
