I feel so weird.. achy, mood swings, random sadness, no appetite, fatigue... what is this?

The past few days i have felt so weird... the worst mood swings, anxiety about health, achy, tired, sore, not hungry, sadness, sore throat... i have no idea what it is. Its horrible. It may have to do with the fact that im on accutane, ritalin, and zoloft and those are all drugs that mess with your mood, but it was just so sudden and weird. Any ideas? thanks.
