Pregnant or female problems?

I kinda got my period last month it was really light (hardly there) for half a day then gone for a day the supper light for a day, i attributed it to my Dr. changing up my meds. I didn't get it this month (1-1 1/2 weeks late), ive been nauseous tired sleepless boobs hurt hungry moody(bi polar though lol) and crampy sometimes pressure like pain. I had unprotected sex a few times a while ago but decided not to be a dumb *** anymore (same bf) all before my weird period. I took a test and 2 bars means prego i got a faint 2nd line(dont have money for another test). Im on a like 7 meds bc im bipolar and have a chronic illness(doesnt cause this stuff) (rispiradal temezapam valium focalin(like ritalin) lamictal hydrocodone lyrica) could they be causing it (i started lamictal a month b4 this happened) or could i have cysts a hormonal imbalance or pregnant etcc any ideas? I really don't want to be pregnant .
